Our Process

Raw Material Processing
Virgin Iron ore is first crushed, concentrated, and then transformed into pellets.

Melting Process
The charged raw material converted into molten metal is monitored by our Quality team to maintain it at an optimal temperature and its grade before it is tapped off.

Ladle Purging Process
The liquid metal is then transferred to the Ladle for refining it. The process of refining let Sulphur and Phosphorous particles contained in the molten material to float and the gases to get released. The resultant liquid material is added ferro-alloys and sent to the caster.

Continuous Casting Process
The liquid metal which is now transferred to the Tundish is then sent to the Copper Mould Assembly where it is cast into Square Billets

Hot Charging
The Billets that come out of the continuous Casting Machine are fed into the Rolling Mill through Roller Conveyers.

Rolling Process
Hot Billets are then rolled in Continuous Rolling Mill having 20 passes such as Roughing, Intermediate and Finishing Stands. The required passes are used according to the size and length of the required end products.

Quenching Process
This process rapidly cools the outer layer of the bars, forming tempered martensite. Meanwhile, the inner core cools slowly through natural air, allowing heat to gradually transfer from the inner core to the outer layer resulting in a ferrite-pearlite microstructure that enhances the chemical properties of the bars.

Bundling & Storage Process
The strengthened bars are processed through Continuous and Plain Shearing Machines to cut them uniformly to a precise length of 12 Meters. After cutting, the finished TMT Bars are collected by an inclined Transfer Table and moved to the Bending Machines for 'U' bending. Once fully processed, the TMT bars are bundled, tagged, and transported to our enclosed stockyard, which is elevated to protect the bars from environmental exposure and contact with the ground.

Dispatch Process
Our Dispatch Division which is equipped with sophisticated handling equipment and two in-house weigh bridges, and well supported by third-party logistics enables quick deliveries.
